The English Baroque Choir, established in 1978, is one of the finest amateur choirs in London. As our name suggests, we embrace the rich music of the Baroque era and annually we present a large-scale work from this period. However, versatility is our hallmark, and we regularly curate and perform diverse concert programmes comprised of repertoire which spans early music to contemporary pieces, showcasing our adaptability and artistic range. Committed to musical excellence, we maintain rigorous standards while fostering a warm and welcoming atmosphere, embodying a balance of professionalism and camaraderie.
Choirslist is organized into regional sites across the UK. We’ve launched in London in 2024, and will open up other cities and regions to match local demand.
