Ealing Choral Society

Ealing Choral Society prides itself on extraordinary music sung by ordinary people. We are a friendly, amateur, auditioned choir passionate about making music to a very high standard. We are always on the lookout for new voices whether you’ve sung in a choir for 20 years, or you are fresh out of school/university and want to continue your choral singing. The choir rehearses every Monday from September to July (with Christmas and Easter breaks) near Ealing Broadway. Rehearsals are fun but focused, and there are opportunities after rehearsals to socialise in a local pub. Joining Ealing Choral Society requires passing a straightforward voice test; to maintain our high standards we have further re-tests every four years. Payment is by subscription, to be paid either annually or termly. We offer free membership for 16-23 year olds and reduced membership for under 30's. New tenors and basses may take advantage of 50% off the subscription fee. New members are always welcome to come to a few taster rehearsals before auditioning, please contact our Membership Secretary for more information.
