Nunhead Community Choir

We’re a non-audition, non-religious and inclusive community choir for residents of Nunhead and areas nearby. We started up in 2009 and have gone from strength to strength since then. Members come from all walks of life, with varied or no singing experience, we all just love singing. We sing mainly pop, rock, soul and traditional songs and our rehearsals are fun and lively as we work through a varied repertoire of original arrangements produced by our incredibly talented director and deputy director. Then we go to the pub! We are embedded in the Nunhead community and regularly perform at festivals and events in Nunhead and throughout Southwark. We love getting together with other local choirs to organise and take part in ChoirFests, raising money for local charities. We’ve been showcased on BBC Radio 6 and have even performed at a wedding!
