The Hackney Singers has grown from strength to strength from its origins in 1973 as an evening class at Hackney Institute. Proudly cherishing its community roots, the choir – now 150-strong - puts on 3 or 4 concerts a year, often in Hackney venues, but also at the Royal Festival Hall! We are a non-audition choir, and love to hear from prospective new members.
Choirslist is organized into regional sites across the UK. We’ve launched in London in 2024, and will open up other cities and regions to match local demand.
