Victoria Park Singers is a Hackney-based community choir led by the inspirational conductor Charles MacDougall. We rehearse in Hackney on Wednesdays during term time and sing a vast array of music – from pop to gospel, classical to musical theatre, jazz to folk, normally in three or four part harmony (or more!). Victoria Park Singers is made up of local people who love singing – there are no auditions and everyone is welcome. Enjoy singing? Come and join us! Victoria Park Singers was founded in 2013 and we perform roughly twice per term. There are a number of social events throughout the year, including weekly drinks after rehearsals, post-concert pub visits and occasional socials.
