Founded in 2014, our non-auditioned community choir unites audiences and singers through a love of music. We sing to bring together people of different beliefs, faiths, cultures and life experiences to promote understanding and empathy. We believe that when we sing well together, we live well together. The choir has performed at incredible venues and events including the Southbank, at Milton Court in the Barbican, the BBC, Admiralty House, the Scoop and Union Chapel amongst others. We are a joyful choir with a social conscience and a mission to make a difference in the world. The choir does many wonderful and unique collaborations with artists, musicians and ensembles from all backgrounds and is a founding member of the Singing Our Lives Project, as well as doing regular joint projects with our sister choir, Sing For Freedom. We welcome new members in January, April and September, and would love you to join us!
Together Productions is a ground-breaking social change organisation based in the UK. We produce innovative collaborative arts projects that connect people, organisations and audiences across social and cultural divides. We use music and the arts as a catalyst to break down barriers, reduce isolation and enhance well-being. We produce high quality artistic work that is grown through creative collaboration, participation and experimentation. Our work includes those who are marginalised or excluded, such as displaced people and those seeking sanctuary, people facing mental health challenges, the elderly, the financially disadvantaged and socially excluded. We know that choirs are an incredible way to build community, improve mental health and build empathy and therefore choral singing is a big part of our work.
Choirslist London lists choirs across its 33 boroughs.
