London City Voices is a non-audition, non-religious, central London, after-work choir. We offer three in-person rehearsals a week in various central London venues, plus one online rehearsal. Members can attend any or all of these. We sing a largely pop repertoire, and all arrangements are prepared by our own musical directors. We are a totally ensemble choir and don't offer solos in any of our arrangements. However, if you feel the need to exercise your inner diva, we do put on regular open-mic nights where members can perform something they've been working on. We are a friendly bunch, and offer a variety of social, community and networking activities to help people make lasting friendships. We also organise holidays and trips away. We have three approximately 13-week terms per year, and aim to organise a concert at the end of each term. If we don't have an actual formal concert, we try to make sure there are lots of other performing opportunities on offer. We have recently performed at Hackney Empire, Tower of London, Camden Market, Royal Festival Hall and Chickenstock Festival.
LCV is a non-audition, non-religious community choir with several weekly rehearsals in central London and online. Our members comprise people of all backgrounds, who love to sing great music, socialise and have fun together. We have members from all corners of London, the UK and the globe. We sing a largely pop repertoire but also enjoy some more traditional songs. All arrangements are prepared by our own musical directors and occasionally by our members. We aim to hold a concert at the end of every term and have performed in a wide variety of venues, including the Hackney Empire, Tobacco Dock, Troxy and Wembley Stadium.
Choirslist London lists choirs across its 33 boroughs.
