MOSAIC

We are looking for an alto and bass to join London based vocal ensemble, MOSAIC. MOSAIC is vocal group made up of ten singers, both a mixture of professional and non-professional. Founded in 2023, MOSAIC emerged from a desire to sing a diverse repertoire of music and challenge the conventions of typical choral performance. We perform a range of music, including jazz, classical choral, folk, modern and musical theatre, both a cappella and accompanied. Since then, we have performed six successful concerts, and have collaborated with several high profile emerging artists – you can get a good sense of our work on our Instagram @mosaic_ensemble Our upcoming concerts this year will be Saturday 4th October and 6th & 7th December. Unlike many London choirs, we don’t ask our singers to pay subs. We pride ourselves in this and our collaborative approach to music and performances. Rehearsals are generally once a week on Monday evenings, often followed by a pub trip! We are looking for two exciting new singers to join us ahead of these concerts. Whilst strong sight singing is not required, you must be able to read sheet music. We are interested in hearing from people from a range of musical and professional backgrounds, and particularly encourage applications from those most commonly underrepresented within the choral music world.
